We just wrapped our first influencer campaign. 3 creators, ₹25k total budget. Sharing everything — what worked, what didn't, real numbers.

Based on campaigns similar to this in our data — ₹25k with 3 micro-influencers typically delivers 80,000–1,40,000 reach and 3–6% engagement. Instagram Reels + Stories combo outperforms standalone Reels by 34%. The most common mistake at this budget: spreading across too many creators. 2 focused creators often outperform 4 diluted ones.

Similar experience from Ahmedabad. We did ₹30k with 2 micro-influencers and got 12 trackable orders via UTM. Brand awareness is harder to measure but comments went up on our own posts too. Key tip: give creators full creative freedom, don't send them a script.

As a creator who works with brands — your ROI varies a lot based on how well your brief is written. Brands who share exact usage instructions and what to highlight always get better content from me. If you just say "promote our product" I have nothing to work with.

We did ₹20k for our first campaign. Got 8 trackable orders, but 3 became repeat customers over 6 months. Don't just measure first-click revenue — repeat purchase is where the real ROI lives.
