As a home decor creator I need to know: scent profile (so I can describe it authentically), burn time, best placement for content (near plants? bookshelf? bathroom?), and any safety notes. I also love knowing the founder story in one sentence — my audience connects to brand origin stories.

Include a "do not show or say" section. We sell premium candles and once a creator put them next to a pile of laundry. It was unintentional — they did not know we were positioning as luxury home decor. Now we write: "please style in clean, well-lit spaces — our customer is aspirational." Saved many awkward moments.

Two columns format works well: Column 1 "What we want you to show/say" (3 bullets), Column 2 "What we want you to avoid" (2 bullets). Creators scan quickly — a structured format is processed in 30 seconds. Paragraph descriptions are ignored.
